Changes to ZEON Digital Network

Motorola Solutions has recently decided to wind down and eventually close the Zeon Network by the end of 2019.  This means customers currently on the Zeon Network will be transferred to the Orion Network.

General Manager Channel Sales of Motorola Solutions, Martin Chappell commented “Migrating our current Zeon Digital customers onto the Orion network will enable us to continue to provide the highest levels of service and performance that you experience today.  The Orion network has the backing of a strong and stable partner network led by CSE Crosscom, Mastercom and Gencom who collectively have decades of experience in the communications industry across multiple verticals and customer requirements.”

Zeon customers will be contacted in the coming months to discuss requirements and a transition plan.

The Orion Network is a highly secure and reliable network built using Motorola Solutions’ advanced MOTOTRBO Capacity Max digital technology and is supported by local teams Australia-wide.

Operating since 2012, the Orion network has consistently delivered strong performance to over 20,000 subscribers, with extended coverage throughout metropolitan and regional areas.
