Victorian business continuation during COVID-19 restrictions
7 August 2020
Melbourne, Australia: In response to the recent Victorian State Government’s announcement of a Stage 4 Lock Down, CSE Crosscom is recognised as an essential service provider. Our Victorian operations in both Melbourne & Traralgon (Gippsland) will be offering continued support & services to your business.
Specifically, this may pertain to any combination of the provision of engineering, integration, installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of telecommunications systems, including managed rental systems and products.
To this end, CSE Crosscom Melbourne office will continue to operate as “open for on-site work” during the Stage 4 Lock Down with a selected team working ‘business as usual’ under the Permitted Worker Permits scheme, whilst other staff will work remotely from home. Our Traralgon office will also continue full operations under the Regional Victoria Stage 3 restrictions.
We have developed a High Risk COVID-19 Safety Plan in accordance with the directions of the Victorian Government and our team will be operating under this Plan.
Part of our COVID-19 business continuity planning has resulted in a secure supply chain with strong product stock levels on hand, compliance with all safety & PPE requirements, ensuring we are well positioned to continue to service our customers & fulfil orders promptly. We will monitor the situation daily and follow the directions and guidelines of the State and Federal Governments.
We will endeavour to ensure that we have the latest information regarding our supply chain and capability of our continued service to you. If anything changes from the above, we will provide you with further updates accordingly.
Should you have any questions, please contact your CSE representative and we thank you for your continued support.
