Flexible Wireless Infrastructure for Focused, Uninterrupted Communication
Point-to-Point (PtP) wireless systems enable direct, bi-directional data transmission between two fixed endpoints. Ideal for line-of-sight (LOS) applications, PtP links deliver fast, secure and uninterrupted communication—perfect for high-priority, site-to-site connectivity.
Point-to-Multipoint (PtMP) systems extend connectivity from a central access point to multiple endpoints, such as remote sites, trailers, offices or devices. Operating within a defined antenna footprint—typically 90° or 120° sectors—PtMP links require line-of-sight and can be scaled with multiple access points for full 360° coverage.
CSE Crosscom specialises in the design and deployment of PtP and PtMP wireless radio systems, tailoring each solution to meet the unique operational needs of our customers.
- Ideal for short- or long-haul connectivity between two fixed transceivers
- Full link capacity is dedicated to the end users
- Requires clear line-of-sight between transceivers
- Suited for high-efficiency, bidirectional data transmission and bulk backhaul

What System Will Work Best for Me?
Choosing between a Point-to-Point or Point-to-Multipoint system depends on several factors, including required throughput, coverage area and the number of connected users.
Both systems can operate on licensed or unlicensed frequency bands. However, for the industries we serve, CSE Crosscom typically recommends licensed links to ensure greater security, reliability and performance—especially in mission-critical environments.
End-to-End System Design with Expert Support
Determining the right Point-to-Point or Point-to-Multipoint solution starts with asking the right questions. This ensures both CSE Crosscom and our customers share a clear vision and well-defined objectives for the new system.
These insights guide the initial design phase, where we use advanced planning software to map out equipment placement and infrastructure layout—optimising connectivity and performance.
During high-level system design, we consider multiple factors including operational frequencies, environmental conditions and any additional communication technologies the system must support.
Once the design is agreed upon, CSE Crosscom prepares a detailed estimate and delivers a complete, turnkey solution—ready for deployment.
If successful, CSE Crosscom is ideally positioned to commence works and manage all aspects of installation and commissioning. Having the project overseen by CSE Crosscom ensures a seamless process from start to finish. Beyond this, CSE Crosscom also offers 24/7 emergency maintenance and repair services, providing further assurance of an optimised solution in the long term.
